2026-07-05 — Sepia Phase4 Compose Networking Hardening

Summary

Completed the phase 4 compose pass on Sepia.

Changes

• Added consistent Sepia labels across the remaining compose services.
• Fixed Blocky healthchecks to use the image's built-in command.
• Fixed Esphome healthchecks to use curl.
• Aligned InfluxDB runtime user ownership with the existing data directory.

Verification

• docker compose config passed.
• Live services were checked after the restart.
• Blocky, Caddy, Docs, DSMR, Grafana, Home Assistant, Esphome, Seafile, TimescaleDB, and Collectd remained up.
• InfluxDB recovered after the ownership/user alignment.
